Our services range from multi-stage complex assembly production to component manufacturing and custom contract manufacturing.

Our main core activities include plastic injection moulding and fine mechanical manual and semi-automatic assembly, in addition to which we also have tampo printing machines, laser component marking and a quick pressing workshop. We are constantly expanding our technological possibilities and, if necessary, we combine them with sister companies (Ajkai Elektronika, IK Metál Kft., Vart-Speciál Kft., IK Szereléstechnika Kft.) in close cooperation, thus satisfying the highest standard of customer requirements.

Our assembly plant has a long history of injection moulding. We have decades of experience in the assembly of small and complex electromechanical components on manual and automated production lines.

We use 5 tampo printing machines to make various part markings according to customer requirements, typically for the following types of materials: ABS, PA, PP
we can also mark seat knobs, covers, steering column switches, and metal parts in multiple colours
surface activation by flame if necessary, to comply with the adhesion standards customary in the automotive industry

we can also provide traceability of parts by laser marking, QR code or other identifiers, according to customer requirements
complete marking of fuse box covers, laser surface inspection with high-resolution cameras
bolting cloth laser cutting to meet specific requirements

we have the expertise to support our partners’ pre-production sampling processes
we can suggest product modifications to improve the manufacturability conditions
with flow analysis we can model the filling profile, indicating critical points, possible expected deformations, collision lines

If our partners also entrust us with the tooling of their products, we try to make the tools on site, so that we have all the tools at our disposal during the production life of the products to perform any repairs under warranty smoothly and without jeopardising the customer’s continuous production
If required, we also have connections with toolmakers in the East, should such a request be received
